Terms and Agreements
The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase and installation of a boat lift canopy from Palm City Solutions:

Payment: A deposit of half of total amount is required to begin work on the canopy installation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.

Changes to the Design: Any changes or modifications to the design of the canopy must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Any additional costs associated with these changes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Installation: Our team will install the canopy as per the design agreed upon by both parties. We will not be held liable for any damages or defects that are a result of improper installation by the customer or any other third-party contractors.

Warranty: We provide an eight year warranty for the boat lift canopy against defects in materials and workmanship. Any damage caused by misuse or neglect of the canopy is not covered under the warranty.

Liability: We will not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the boat lift canopy. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the canopy is used safely and securely.

Ownership: The boat lift canopy and all materials used in its installation remain the property of Palm City Solutions until payment is made in full by the customer.

Termination of Agreement: Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason with written notice provided to the other party. Any deposit paid by the customer will be refunded if the termination is initiated by Palm City Solutions .

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida and any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the above conditions and agree to abide by them.

Warranty Information
TOP NOTCH® ® solution dyed polyester fabric, when used properly and cleaned and cared for in accordance with Marlen Textile's stated procedure, is guaranteed for a period of eight (8) years from date of original installation against excessive loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, rot, or normal atmospheric chemicals which might render it unserviceable.

In the unlikely event of fabric failure during the first five year period, Marlen Textiles will at its option, supply the purchaser of the fabric either replacement fabric or credit of the original fabric value. Failure in years 6-8 will result in either fabric replacement or credit, at 50% of the original fabric value. This warranty does not cover labor, installation, or fabrication costs.

This warranty protects you against damage to covers used under normal conditions. It does not cover damage from Acts of God, vandalism, neglect or use or care not in accordance with Marlen Textiles' use and care instructions.

This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and Marlen Textiles will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damage. Any implied warranties imposed by law are limited in time to the duration of the expressed warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state-to-state.
